"Last year I was staying in Moscow. I had
a tour
starting in two days time. I wanted to have a tour that was different
from planned itinerary. It further had to be for one day and had to
be the very next day only. I applied to Moscow City Experts
manager. At very short notice he arranged a tour to Suzdal and
Vladimir.
I had a driver and English speaking guide. I am female and the manager
arranged a female guide. She was excellent and explained
various cultural customs and gave running commentary on the surrounding
country side. We stopped for some coffee at a very traditional Russian
wayside cafe. The sightseeing was most enjoyable and very interesting.
The guide really was an expert and spoke English well. This was an
excellently arranged tour. Half way through the morning the manager who
arranged the tour telephoned the guide to find out if I was
happy.
He repeated this
telephone call and spoke to me personally in the afternoon. I can say
that this company goes
to a great deal of effort. They definitely ensure that their clients
are
enlighten, happy and satisfied. And I would strongly recommend the
efficiency and
concern of Moscow City Experts to organize tours." |

the history of the Sparrows
Hills, of tzar's, Kremlin, Red Square, Douma,
the place of victory, it is a true opened book which speaks to you.
Numerous anecdotes that he tells on the evocations of the

to pass
a wonderful stay, mixing discovery and culture. Ask him to take you to
have dinner to taste some specials from Tajik
or Armenian
cuisine, give him the budget which you would like to dedicate to it and
the quarter in which you are, and in no time at all he will give you an
extraordinary address. As for the nocturnal places or for eating out.
It is very simple, they would say that this young man knows them all.
And God knows how numerous they are in Moscow. And then, Russian as he
is, he is indeed going to make you big savings. On the other hand, by
pity, even if it seems to you judicious, never ask him question: "Why",
cause it seems that Russians have only very seldom themselves answer to
this question. You rather always ask him "How"". |

"This
was my first time in Russia and I was in Moscow for business.
Most of the time I was stuck at an awful convention center but I did
manage to meet Moscow City Experts guide who took me and a
friend
on a wonderful walking tour by night. The guide took us by
private comfortable car to different areas, where we would get out and
walk and then meet it at another location. It was amazing how
much you can see in one night in Moscow. It's
such a picturesque city with monuments and churches and of course St.
Basil's in Red Square. He is well versed in history, culture,
architecture, literature and painting. I don't think there was
one
question I asked that he didn't know the answer to! He's also
fun, funny and engaging. He can recommend some great
restaurants
and is a very sociable companion.
I have to admit that I'm not a great writer! I loved our
Moscow by night tour!" |
